Holding a Masters degree in Power Engineering and around 9 years of experience in industry. Has been scientist for 2 years at prestigious National Institute of Ocean Technology where I was working on electrification technologies for ships. Later joined the Center for Battery Engineering & Electric Vehicles at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and started working on Battery Management Systems hardware design for 2-wheeler and 3-wleeler applications. While being Lead at Grinntech Motors & Services framed out complete hardware design lifecycle framework to have functional designs at first time. Was managing two teams and dealing with other cross functional teams to get the right product within the cost target and meeting the timelines.
